FAQ

  • I'm still not completely sure I understand what you do.  Can you explain it to me?
  • Once I submit my “request services” form what happens next?
    We will review your request, check date availability and get back to you via email within 24 hours.
  • On the day of my event what should I expect?
    On location, plus streaming We will arrive 1 hour before the published start time of your event. We will set up our execution area and open the streaming line 15 minutes before your official start time. Your event stream will be live for 2 hours. Our primary focus is to take care of your virtual guests. Virtual Only We will meet you, and anyone pre-designated to speak/present, in the private streaming "room" 15 minutes prior to the event start time. We will provide any logistical updates and answer questions. Our primary focus is to take care of your virtual guests.
  • What if I need more than 2 hours of streaming?
    We will work with you to address the cost of additional hours of streaming. Additional hours just need to be approved in advance of your event day.
  • Do I have to pay a deposit to hold my desired event date.
    Yes. We require a 50% deposit in order to hold your date. The remaining balance is due at least 24 hours prior to your event.
  • How many virtual guests can attend my event?
    You can host up to 300 virtual guests. Please note that your virtual guest experience can be impacted by numerous factors. (location, intertnet access, WiFi etc)
  • How are your handling COVID-19 safety protocols?
    Upon our arrival, we will follow all local COVID-19 protocols.
  • What happens if my event starts late?
    You have 2 hours of streaming time. If your event runs longer than this contracted amount of time, we will announce the end of the stream to your virtual guests and close out the event.
  • What if I have to cancel my event?
    We offer a full deposit refund (Less a $100 administrative Fee) if you cancel your event 30 days prior to your scheduled event. 50% refund if you cancel your event 29 - 7 days prior. No refund for events cancelled within 7 days of the event start.
  • Is your service expensive?
    Think about it this way. If you add up the extrinsic and intrinsic costs of sharing your event with family & friends, you’ll see that hiring us is the inexpensive choice. Really…it’s the only choice. Give us a call and we will share with you our pricing structure.
